It's important for the RWCS board to remind everyone of our luncheon policies.

Please...

· Turn off your cell phone during the meeting.

· Take any urgent calls outside the venue.

· Be Polite! Avoid conversations with others during guest speeches.

· We accept written questions from members. No questions are taken from

  the floor.

· No videotaping of meetings allowed.

· Literature can not be distributed by members or guests without permission

  from the RWCS president or Vice President.

· The Club reserves the right to refuse those who did not reserve their seat

  in advance. Walk-ins are not allowed.

· No Media permitted unless approved by the RWCS Board The RWCS Board

  reserves the right to remove any persons disrupting our luncheon. We want all 

  of our members and guests to enjoy their time at our luncheons and

  appreciate your understanding.
